First Lady Andreanna Chadwick

Lady Andreanna, a Cleveland, Ohio native and one of eight siblings, is married with two sons, Alec and Abel. She earned her bachelor's degree from Fisk University and her postgraduate degree from Cleveland State University.

Lady Andreanna began her professional career leasing shopping centers across the Midwest and Southeastern United States. It was a meeting with Albert Ratner of Forest City Enterprises that led her to explore and love retail real estate. Currently employed at the Cato Corporation, Lady Andreanna holds the position of Regional Vice President of Real Estate, overseeing the eastern seaboard of her designated territory. With over two decades of experience in leasing, negotiation is among her many passions and she takes pride in crafting successful deals.

Beyond her corporate role, Lady Andreanna has had notable experiences in public service, including working for the late Congressman Louis Stokes and serving as a Delegate in the 1995 Democratic Convention. She also held the position of Chief Deputy Clerk of Cleveland City Council under the guidance of Artha Woods and former Council President Jay Westbrook.

Lady Andreanna's dedication to community service was evident in her role as Executive Director of the Starlight Cotillion, a program she expanded to empower young women from Cleveland Public Schools with skills in etiquette, finance, job interviewing, and college application. Several of these young women embarked on their first college experience, thus disrupting the cycle of poverty

In her personal life, Lady Andreanna is deeply involved in ministry at Unity Holiness Ministries alongside her husband and pastor, Larry Chadwick. She leads the Women's Bible Study and prayer group, while also finding joy in reading, traveling, writing, and cherishing moments with her family.
